1. Return Window

You may return Lyrika within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, no questions asked, provided the package is unopened and in its original condition. This 14-day voluntary return right is offered in addition to any statutory consumer rights applicable in your jurisdiction.

2. Opened Packages

For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened packages cannot be accepted for return, unless the product is demonstrably defective or not as described. This is consistent with standard food supplement regulations. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately - we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 14 calendar days of delivery, stating your name, phone number, and reason for return.
  2. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Package the product securely and send it to the address provided.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, in which case we will cover return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer (for cash-on-delivery orders) within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned package. We will notify you by email when the refund is processed.

6. Cancellation Before Dispatch

7. Refusing Delivery

As Lyrika is sold on a cash-on-delivery basis, you may refuse to accept the package at the door. In this case, the order will be cancelled and no payment will be due.
